Wintery Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal "Gingerbread" Yogurt Parfait (Vegan)

- 1 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal
- 1 1⁄2 cups plant-based yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon + pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped dates or dried figs
- 1⁄2 cup winter fruits (choose 1–2: pomegranate seeds, blood orange segments, or peeled cutie slices)
- Other toppings: crushed pistachios, shredded coconut
- Stir ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup into yogurt until smooth.
- In glasses or jars, layer yogurt, cereal, chopped dates, and some of the winter fruits. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
- Sprinkle remaining cereal, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, and shredded coconut. Add extra fruit slices for a colorful holiday look.
- Serve immediately for a crunchy, creamy, and seasonal breakfast or snack.
