Ingredients
  • 1 c lightly-packed baby spinach
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1 unpeeled apple, quartered and cored
  • 1 c chilled coconut water or your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp green banana flour
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to the container of a high-speed blender. 
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
